Workmen's compensation act -- finding as to duration of period of disability. Employe sustained an accidental injury which arose out of and in the course of her employment. Employer and its insurer voluntarily paid compensation for 25 weeks. Later, after an award by the referee, compensation for 25 weeks more was paid. These payments did not equal the compensation awarded by the referee and approved by the industrial commission on appeal. Whether or not employe's disability continued for a longer time than that for which payments were made was a question of fact for the determination of the commission. On the record the conclusion of the commission is sustained. A finding upon a question of fact cannot be disturbed unless consideration of the evidence and the inferences permissible therefrom clearly require reasonable minds to adopt a conclusion contrary to the one at which the commission arrived.
